The
Commission on Graduates of Foreign
Nursing Schools, a statutory body
in USA established to protect the
public trust by ensuring that nurses
educated in other countries who
wish to practice nursing in the
US, are eligible and qualified to
meet licensure and other practice
requirements. The CGFNS conducts
examinations three times a year
to license Chinese nurses to practice
in the United States of America.
For the foreign educated nurses
who do not hold US license, passing
a predictor exam such as the CGFNS
qualifying exam is a requirement
for an occupational visa to USA.

you to meet United States requirement
for a registered nurse licensing
exam.

Exam, the NCLEX-RN examination, and
attaining licensure to practice as
registered nurses within the United
States. Passing the CGFNS qualifying
exam will help you to feel reasonably
assured of success in the NCLEX-RN.

course is 2 months. Tutions will
be given on Tape Recorders as well
as on Computers as in USA Emphasis
is given on four major fields in

| TOEFL |
The
Test of English as a Foreign Language
is currently used to meet the English
language proficiency requirement of
the Certification Program. TOEFL is
administered worldwide by the Educational
Testing Service (ETS). The exam measures
listening, comprehension, structure
and written expression and reading
comprehension. Applicants must successfully
complete TOEFL and the Qualifying
Exam within a two-year period in order
for test scores to be considered valid.
TOEFL may be taken prior to or following
the CGFNS Qualifying Exam. Completing
the TOEFL conducted by Educational
Testing Service US, is mandatory to
get CGFNS certification and subsequent
VISA to USA.
Sino-US INTC gives coaching for
TOEFL also. Any individual can take
up their TOEFL Tutions. The examination
center will be arranged in Beijing
itself.
